Privacy & enquiries

Share only what Afriquecomm needs to understand your request.

The public website is designed to collect a small amount of information so an enquiry can be reviewed and routed. It is not a channel for secrets, credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.

01

What the enquiry asks for

Your stakeholder role, the outcome you want to move forward, your name, contact email, organisation or community where relevant, location or sector/programme where relevant, and a short explanation of the request.

02

Why it is collected

To receive, classify, route, review and manage the enquiry or controlled-information request. Submission itself does not create approval, appointment, partnership, funding or contractual authority.

03

What not to send

Passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or large confidential evidence packs that are not needed for the first review.

04

Technical intake boundary

The controlled intake record is designed not to store IP-address or user-agent fields. Hosting and network providers may still process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services under their own applicable arrangements.

05

Deeper evidence

A resource request is not an automatic disclosure. Evidence release remains subject to relevance, authority, confidentiality, privacy, permission and the maturity of the underlying work.

06

Questions about your enquiry

For a privacy or enquiry-handling question, contact info@afriquecomm.org and provide enough information to identify the relevant request.
